Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order from the "My Account" tab in your 7dayshop account. You can access this quickly by clicking here.

Please see the list of order statuses below & what they mean:

 
  • Pending - You will only see this status if there has been a problem with your payment method. Orders that remain in this state for more than 24 hours are automatically cancelled.
     
  • Shipping Transmitted - This means your order has been transmitted to the warehouse and is ready for dispatch.

  • Processing - This means that your order is being Picked/Packed.

  • Complete - This means that your order has left our warehouse and is on its way, YAY!

  • Cancelled/Closed - This means that your order has been cancelled and will not be fulfilled. Please try placing a new order online.
     
  • Payment Review - Whilst your order has been placed it will not proceed any further as we were unable to obtain authorisation for the payment. This order will be cancelled by our system after 24 hours.
     
Please note that delivery times on our website are only estimated, orders may be delivered either side of the estimated times stated.
