Why has only part of my order arrived?

7dayshop operate multiple warehouses which means that, If you have ordered more than one item from us, we may split the shipment in to more than one delivery. Packages can become separated in the Postal System, please allow a few days for remaining packages to arrive.

If you are concerned about the length of time that has elapsed since shipment, please contact support@7dayshop.com so that we can check on when the item was dispatched and provide more information.
